You can extend the awesomeness of Google Reader by installing the “Preview” at Userscripts.org script. Preview allows you to open the actual web page/blog right in Google Reader.

Once installed, click on Preview to open the actual web site right in GReader:

You can also leave comments on the page and browse other sites straight from GReader. And, if you use the Google Reader shortcut key “u” you can hide the left-pane for a wider view. Click Preview again to go back to the usual feed. Sweet!
