Found via One Big Library: Jing lets you capture anything in your desktop (and web?), annotate it, and save it as a web link for anyone to see.
I tried to download the program (you have to download Microsoft .NET framework 3.0 for it to work) but it’s not happening. Still, if it works it’d be like having a cross between a screen print utility, Google Notebook, and video all rolled into one.
You will have to show me this thing.
